14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your leather bag to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
Please contact us at info@wecoeberlin.com to start your return. We will provide you with a return address and instructions upon approval.
Return Address
For privacy reasons, we do not disclose our return address publicly. It will be provided to you directly upon approval of your return request.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@wecoeberlin.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
